Job Brief
We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Relationship Management: Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their needs, and present appropriate products or services.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate prices/contracts, and successfully close sales deals.
- Market Research: Gather feedback from customers and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activity, pipelines, and results to the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar role (e.g., 1–3 years of experience).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
