Job Title: Event Experience Designer
We are looking for a creative visionary to transform empty spaces into unforgettable environments. As our Event Designer, you will be responsible for the visual identity and physical layout of our events—ranging from corporate galas and product launches to intimate experiential activations. You will marry aesthetics with functionality, ensuring every touchpoint tells a story.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Create mood boards, color palettes, and thematic concepts that align with the client’s brand or vision.
- Spatial Planning: Design floor plans and 3D renderings that optimize guest flow while maximizing visual impact.
- Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify and coordinate with florists, lighting technicians, furniture rental houses, and custom fabrication shops.
- On-Site Execution: Lead the "load-in" and styling process, ensuring every centerpiece, decal, and light fixture is placed with precision.
- Graphic Integration: Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure event signage, digital displays, and collateral match the overall aesthetic.
- Budget Management: Deliver high-end "wow" factors while staying within the allocated decor budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Artistry: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Rhino).
- Trend Awareness: A deep understanding of current interior design, fashion, and technology trends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet for long hours during setup and handle the fast-paced "crunch time" of live events.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to fix a collapsing floral wall or a lighting glitch five minutes before doors open without breaking a sweat.
- Client Satisfaction: High marks on the "visual impact" post-event survey.
- Resourcefulness: Ability to achieve a "luxury look" on a mid-range budget.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
