FMCG Export Manager (International Trade) – Dried Fenugreek Leaves
We are looking for an experienced FMCG Export Manager who understands international trade, export operations, product compliance, and international buyer handling for dried fenugreek leaves and FMCG/agro products.
Currently facing challenges in:
- Finding genuine international buyers/importers
- Understanding export documentation and country regulations
- Managing export licenses, certifications, and compliance
- Lab testing and product quality verification process
- Shipment handling, CHA coordination, and logistics
- Packaging, labeling, and product approval requirements
- Building long-term distributor/importer network
Need someone who has hands-on export experience and can guide and manage the complete export process from compliance to shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle international buyer communication and lead generation
- Manage export documentation and shipping process
- Assist with FSSAI, IEC, APEDA, and other export-related requirements
- Coordinate product lab testing and certifications if required
- Work with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
- Research target markets, pricing, and regulations
- Ensure packaging and labeling meet country standards
- Build distributor/importer relationships internationally
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years in FMCG, food, herbal, or agro-product exports
- Knowledge of export licenses, lab testing, and compliance
- Experience handling international shipments and documentation
- Understanding of INCOTERMS and payment terms
- Existing importer/distributor network is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹77,203.78 per month
