We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily factory operations, production planning, manpower management, quality control, maintenance, safety, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to improve productivity while ensuring smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall factory operations and achieve daily production targets.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead production, maintenance, quality, stores, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure product quality as per company standards.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Optimize manpower utilization and improve productivity.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, HR, Sales, and Management for smooth operations.
- Identify process improvements to reduce costs and minimize wastage.
- Handle factory administration and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in factory/manufacturing operations.
- At least 3–5 years in a Factory Manager or Plant Manager role.
- Experience in manufacturing industries such as engineering, FMCG, chemicals, packaging, or similar industries is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management.

- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
