Aviora is looking for a confident and proactive Academic Coordinator to support student engagement, counselling and enrolment for our HR learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries and provide course guidance.
- Generate and follow up with prospective student leads.
- Conduct basic academic/career counselling.
- Support student enrolment and onboarding.
- Assist with webinars, workshops and student acquisition activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and lead records.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Interest in HR, education or career development.
- Experience in academic counselling, admissions, sales or education is an advantage.
Compensation
Commission-based during the initial probation period, based on successful student enrolments. Performance-based growth opportunities available.
