Job Title: Business Development Executive (Sales)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, conducting follow-ups, and driving sales conversions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Engagement
- Contact and qualify incoming and outbound leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, virtual meetings, and site visit coordination where required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Business Development
- Develop strategies to increase sales and business growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business decisions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and conversions.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Support clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills

- Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
