Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, universities, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist prospective students.
- Follow up with leads generated through different marketing channels.
- Guide students through the complete admission process.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with university representatives for admission-related activities.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in education counselling, telecalling, or sales is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling phone conversations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude with a student-focused approach.
