Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Site Engineers. The candidate will support the execution of expansion joints works at project sites related to infrastructure, bridges and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in day-to-day site supervision and execution of construction activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors and labour teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain daily site reports and documentation.
Assist in site measurements and quantity verification.
Monitor material usage and site inventory.
Follow quality standards and safety procedures at the project site.
Support preparation of basic reports, site records and documentation.
Participate in site meetings and project discussions when required.
Qualifications
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of construction and site engineering
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
Willingness to work at project sites and travel if required
