Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally software and a sound understanding of financial and accounting principles. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions, assist in GST-related tasks, and work closely with our CA. This role is crucial in ensuring our financial systems are accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions including payments and receipts.
- Use Tally software to record and manage financial data.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly expense reports and ensure timely submission.
- Follow up with clients and vendors on outstanding payments.
- Handle all GST-related tasks, including filing returns and managing the GST portal.
- Assist the CA with financial reporting and audits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations.
- Support in managing payroll, invoicing, and tax filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
- Provide insights and financial data to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the service or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in Tally software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST regulations.
- Familiarity with the GST portal and filing processes.
- Experience in preparing financial reports and budgets.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and other financial software is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
