*Job Overview*
We are looking for an experienced *Pricing Manager (Import & Export Pricing)* to join our Pricing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in freight forwarding pricing, preparing competitive quotations, rate negotiations, RFQs, and coordinating with shipping lines, airlines, overseas offices, and internal teams. The role requires excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to ensure timely and accurate pricing support for customers and the sales team.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Collect monthly freight rate sheets from shipping lines and airlines and circulate them to internal departments.
* Prepare monthly RFQs, bid RFQs, and pricing proposals for corporate customers.
* Handle pricing inquiries received from the sales team, customers, and overseas offices by preparing competitive quotations.
* Prepare and update quotations using the CargoWise system.
* Maintain and update freight rates in CargoWise.
* Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, and co-loaders.
* Coordinate with operations and other internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
* Follow up with customers and the sales team regarding quoted rates and feedback.
* Resolve pricing and operational issues by coordinating with shipping lines and airlines.
* Schedule meetings with clients, carriers, shipping lines, and other business partners whenever required.
* Attend meetings with co-loaders, shipping lines, airlines, and NVOCCs.
* Support sales activities and customer follow-ups in the absence of the Sales Executive.
* Prepare periodic MIS reports and submit work updates to the HOD and Management.
*Required Skills*
* Strong knowledge of Import & Export pricing within the Freight Forwarding industry.
* Experience in preparing RFQs, quotations, and tender pricing.
* Hands-on experience with CargoWise or similar freight forwarding software.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
*Preferred Candidate Profile*
* Graduate or MBA with 3–9 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Pricing.
* Experience in handling Sea Freight and Air Freight pricing.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple quotations simultaneously.
* Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
