We are looking for a Market Research Analyst with 1 year of experience in market research, sales support, or business intelligence. The ideal candidate would be someone who has hands-on experience in sales support and should be adaptable, eager to learn and ready to work with tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar enrichment tools.
- MBA/PGDM degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in market research, sales support, or business intelligence (preferably in B2B or cybersecurity/IT industry)
- Strong knowledge of Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar enrichment tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing professional reports and presentations
- Work on researching & developing utilities, toolkits, processes, tactics and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail
- Prior experience in a cybersecurity company or IT services/consulting environment
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Conduct research on industries, target accounts, and decision-makers to support sales prospecting
- Analyze competitors’ offerings, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to provide sales with intelligence for differentiation
- Track cybersecurity market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
- Prepare regular intelligence reports and briefs for the sales team
- Use Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools to identify, validate, and enrich prospect and company data
- Segment target audiences based on industry, company size, geography, and compliance needs
- Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring accurate, updated, and segmented data within HubSpot
- Support account-based targeting by mapping buying centers, decision-makers, and influencers
- Present findings and insights into sales leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Partner with sales executives to prioritize accounts and design outreach strategies
- Work closely with marketing to align research with campaign strategies and event planning
- Provide actionable insights that help sales personalize outreach and improve win rates
