We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer / Project Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality work, and complete projects on time. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, labor management, and coordination with clients and contractors.
> Key Responsibilities
Supervise all on-site construction activities
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Manage labor, subcontractors, and materials
Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
Monitor quality, safety, and workmanship
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients
Ensure timely completion of work as per schedule
Handle measurements and billing support
Solve on-site issues and provide practical solutions
> Required Skills
Strong knowledge of construction methods (RCC, brickwork, finishing).
Ability to read drawings and AutoCAD plans.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / site reporting.
> Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1–5 years of experience in construction projects.
Freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply.

Work Mode: In-person + On-the-road (site visits required).
Working Hours: 8 AM – 6 PM (flexible based on site work).
Location: Multiple project sites.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience).
