Key Responsibilities
- Safety Management: Enforce workplace safety regulations, conduct routine hazard inspections, and handle on-site emergencies or accidents.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and instruct construction workers and subcontractors, delegate tasks, and monitor daily attendance and productivity.
- Quality Control: Interpret building plans, evaluate the quality of workmanship, and ensure all tasks comply with industrial design and building codes.
- Resource Coordination: Oversee inventory, manage orders and deliveries of building materials, and ensure equipment is operational.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate site logs and provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
