Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head of Product Engineering to lead and scale our engineering organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in enterprise product development, engineering leadership, and team management, with experience leading engineering managers and large development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 30+ engineers across multiple product teams.
- Manage Engineering Managers and Technical Leads.
- Define engineering strategy, roadmap, and best practices.
- Drive Agile delivery, engineering excellence, and product quality.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Business teams.
- Build high-performing engineering teams through hiring, coaching, and mentoring.
- Improve engineering processes, scalability, and delivery predictability.
Required Skills
- 14–20 years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years managing Engineering Managers or large engineering teams.
- Experience leading teams of 25+ engineers.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Product development.
- Expertise in Engineering Leadership, SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, Software Architecture, and Stakeholder Management.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
