Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Accountant / Bookkeeper. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, processing invoices, handling payroll, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will collaborate with team members to provide accurate financial insights and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping transactions
- Handle invoices, payments, and receipts, and assist with account reconciliations
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate financial records, including audit support
- Work closely with the finance team on daily tasks and process enhancements
- Learn internal processes and gradually take ownership of more advanced accounting duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory)
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or a related financial role
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and eagerness to learn
- Ability to follow procedures, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
