Job Description
We are looking for a highly disciplined and reliable Short-Form Video Editing Intern to join our fast-paced content team. If you have an excellent eye for pacing, visual momentum, and precise timing, this role is for you.
You will be responsible for turning raw, high-quality cinematic scene packs and audio tracks into high-energy shorts.
Responsibilities
- Edit 5 high-retention Shorts/Reels per day (20–30 seconds each).
- Scrub through provided raw movie scene packs and select the highest-impact visual clips.
- Precisely sync visual cuts, transitions, and speed ramps to the audio beat.
- Add dynamic captions, seamless transitions, sound effects, and engaging visual zooms.
- Maintain absolute daily consistency and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Software Agnostic: Open to any editing software —as long as your final export is seamless and glitch-free.
- Proven experience creating high-energy aesthetic edits, gaming montages, or viral short-form content.
- Ability to work independently and manage a heavy daily asset quota.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection.

- Stipend: ₹10,000.00 per month (Fixed)
- Duration: 3-month Internship phase.
- Full-Time Opportunity: This role is a pipeline for long-term growth. Interns who consistently hit their daily quotas, maintain high quality, and show strong discipline will be offered a transition into a Full-Time Permanent Position with increased pay.

- Training: Exact pacing references and template structures will be provided to help you hit our style.
