- Key Responsibilities
- Workfront Solution Design Configuration
- Configure and optimize Adobe Workfront objects including projects tasks issues templates custom forms and statuses to meet business needs
- Design and implement workflows approvals routing rules and automations to improve delivery efficiency and governance
- Build and maintain custom forms calculated fields and validation logic to ensure data quality and usability
- Integrations Automation
- Develop and support integrations using Workfront APIs to connect Workfront with enterprise tools and downstream systems
- Create event driven and scheduled automations to reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency
- Troubleshoot integration failures performance bottlenecks and configuration issues with clear root cause analysis
- Reporting Dashboards Adoption
- Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for delivery teams and leadership
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into technical solutions and deliver iterative improvements
- Support user onboarding documentation and enablement to drive platform adoption and best practices
- AI Enablement
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to enhance reporting workload forecasting prioritization and operational decision making
- Collaborate on proof of concepts that introduce intelligent recommendations and automation within work management processes
- Minimum Qualifications
- 3 5 years of experience working with Adobe Workfront in configuration development or platform administration roles
- Hands on experience with Workfront setup templates custom forms workflows approvals reporting and dashboards
- Working knowledge of Workfront APIs and integration concepts authentication endpoints payloads error handling
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into platform solutions
