Key Account Manager / Senior Key Account Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, upselling, and revenue growth. Candidates from Telecom, ISP, Technology Services, SaaS, IT Infrastructure, or Corporate Sales backgrounds are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers.
- Understand customer business objectives and align suitable solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits and relationship reviews.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Create and execute strategic account plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalations.
- Ensure compliance with customer documentation and payment collection processes.
- Track account performance, renewals, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM and account records.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of Key Account Management or Enterprise Sales experience.
- Telecom, ISP, Technology Services, SaaS, IT Infrastructure, or Corporate Sales background preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
