About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Designer/ Developer to design, develop, and maintain websites that offer an excellent user experience.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UI/UX principles,front-end and back-end development,and modern web technologies. Key Responsibilities WebsiteDesign&Development:Design visually appealing and user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. ResponsiveDesign:Ensure websites are optimized for both desk to pandmobile experiences. UI/UXOptimization:Improve website navigation, layout, and overall user experience. Coding &Troubleshooting:Develop and maintain websitecode,troubleshootbugs,and enhance site performance. Collaboration:Work with content creators,marketing teams,and other stakeholders to align website design with business goals. CMS Management:Manage and customize CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify,or others as required. Security&Maintenance:Ensure website security,update plugins,andperform regular maintenance. Requirements & Qualifications Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Web Development,Graphic Design,ora related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in web design and development.
Technical Skills -
WordPress and Wix(mandatory)
Proficiency in HTML,CSS,JavaScript,and frameworks like Bootstrap or TailwindCSS
Experience with Java Script frameworks (React,Angular,orVue.js)isaplus
Backend development experience with PHP,Node.js,orPython is an advantage
Knowledge of database such as MySQL,PostgreSQL,orMongoDB Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress,Shopify,or Wix
Understanding of version control systems like Git Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good communication and project management skills
