Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of the school including inventory, accounts, student communications, and event coordination. You are the operational core of the institution — the person who keeps everything running while the teaching team focuses on the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Supply Management
- Procure and maintain stock of baking ingredients, tools, and equipment
- Track stock levels, manage vendor relationships, and raise purchase orders
- Implement FIFO rotation; prevent wastage and stockouts
- Flag equipment maintenance or repair needs proactively
Financial Administration
- Collect course fees and issue receipts (cash, UPI, bank transfer)
- Maintain daily accounts, petty cash, and expense entries
- Track pending payments and follow up on dues
- Support monthly financial reporting and CA coordination
Customer Handling
- Handle all incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in visitors
- Maintain a daily call log with name, inquiry type, and follow-up status
- Respond to routine course and enrollment inquiries; escalate hot leads appropriately
- Follow up with prospective students who haven't enrolled yet
Event Coordination
- Set up and prepare the space for batches, workshops, and masterclasses
- Manage logistics for indoor and outdoor events — furniture, equipment, ingredient stations
- Liaise with external vendors, audio-visual, or decoration teams when needed
- Handle post-event clearing, stock reconciliation, and feedback collection
Requirements
- 1–3 years in an admin, front-desk, or operations role
- Freshers with knowledge is also accepted
- Fluent in Tamil and English; basic accounting literacy required
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, UPI platforms, and WhatsApp Business
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks without supervision
- Willingness to work weekends during events and batch launches
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
