- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAS Analytics, SAS Data Integration, SAS Platform.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and optimization techniques.
- Experience in writing efficient, maintainable, and reusable code within complex software systems.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of database-driven applications.
- Ability to work with version control systems and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
