About the Role
Kotylidon Lab Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and professional HR Manager to build and manage the company's Human Resources department. The selected candidate will be responsible for hiring employees, developing HR policies, creating the employee handbook, managing payroll and attendance, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire employees for all departments.
- Post job vacancies on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads during recruitment.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Create and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain the Employee Handbook.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and appraisals.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR reports and confidential employee information.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field is mandatory.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR) will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, HR policy development, and employee relations will be given preference.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Knowledge of payroll and attendance management.
- Ability to create HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
