Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Showroom Manager in overseeing daily showroom operations and staff
coordination.
- Attend to walk-in customers and trade professionals, understanding requirements across
surfaces, hardware, modular kitchen, and soft-furnishing categories.
- Support sales conversions through product demonstrations, sample presentations, and
follow-ups.
- Help maintain visual merchandising standards, sample boards, and showroom presentation.
- Assist in stock checks, inward/outward material movement, and coordination with
vendors/warehouse.
- Coordinate with architects, fabricators, and contractors on product selection and order
status.
- Support after-sales follow-up, delivery/installation coordination, and query resolution.
- Maintain daily sales/footfall records and share updates with the Showroom Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; background in building materials or interiors is a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail, showroom, or customer-facing sales roles.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/billing software.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, customer-facing retail environment.

- Basic sales and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
