Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Learn the features, benefits, and specifications of various jewellery products (gold, diamond, platinum, silver, etc.).
- Maintain proper display of jewellery products in showcases to ensure an appealing presentation.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Follow billing and payment procedures as per company policy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Any Degree (Jewelry, Retail, or Marketing background is an added advantage).
- Fluency in regional language (Tamil); proficiency in English/Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Good communication skill.
Gross Salary: 16000 to 22000 based on experience
Age Limit - Between 20 to 30 years only
