- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system challenges and implement effective resolutions.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to enhance knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues within financial modules.
- Experience in managing and supporting integrated financial systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work with various business units to understand financial workflows and system dependencies.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify potential disruptions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with effective communication to facilitate collaboration.
Additional Information:
