Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and market expansion across assigned territories
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
- Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and corporate clients
- Expand and manage the dealer and distribution network
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized customer solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term relationship management
- Represent the company's premium product portfolio in the market
Eligibility
Minimum 5+ years of sales/business development experience in Furniture, Mattresses, Building Materials, Modular Kitchens, Interior Products, Motion Furniture, Plywood & Laminates, UPVC Doors & Windows, Lifts & Elevators, Home Improvement, or related industries.
