Job Title: Senior Manager – RCM
We are hiring an experienced Senior Manager – RCM to manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations including Medical Billing, AR Calling, Denial Management, Payment Posting, and Claims Processing. The candidate will lead voice and non-voice teams, handle client escalations, monitor productivity & quality, and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare/RCM
- Strong team handling and client management skills
- Experience in managing operations and revenue targets
- Good communication and leadership skills
