- Team Leadership: Lead and guide the development team, provide support when required, and ensure tasks are progressing as planned.
- Technical Guidance: Provide guidance and clarification to team members on technical or project-related issues on a need basis.
- Task & Delivery Management: Monitor assigned tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
- Client Coordination: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, understand requirements, provide timely updates, and address concerns effectively.
- Requirement Understanding: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly communicated.
- Issue Escalation: Identify project risks or blockers early and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
- Quality & Process: Ensure the team follows agreed development, testing, documentation, and deployment processes.
- Team Communication: Keep the team aligned by sharing important updates, feedback, and priorities.
- Ownership: Take responsibility for project progress and ensure commitments are followed through to completion.
Pay: ₹150,931.45 - ₹252,233.79 per year
