Job Title: CNC-Service & Maintenance Engineer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC-Service & Maintenance Engineer responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of CNC machines. The candidate should ensure machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and test CNC machines at site
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Troubleshoot CNC controllers (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi, etc.)
- Conduct alignment, calibration, and accuracy checks
- Maintain service records and prepare reports
- Support production team in minimizing downtime
- Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and service support
- Ensure safety standards and maintenance procedures are followed
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations
- Experience with CNC controllers like Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi
- Basic knowledge of PLC, drives, and servo systems
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork
Qualifications:
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
- Relevant experience in CNC service or maintenance
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in machine tool industry
- Hands-on experience with VMC, HMC, Turning Centers
- Willingness to travel for onsite service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
