Qualification : Bachelors / Masters in Architecture
Experience : 3 to 5 yrs
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings, from initial concept sketches to detailed blueprints, ensuring the project meets client needs, complies with building codes, and is completed within budget and timeframe, while collaborating closely with other construction professionals like engineers and contractors throughout the building process.
Understanding the project vision, requirements, budget and translating these needs into design concepts.
Creating detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D models using CAD software.
Assessing site constraints , zoning regulations and environmental factors to determine project viability.
Ensure construction compliance as per design plans.
Collaborate with external Architects, Project Managers, Site Engineers to coordinate design elements and resolve technical challenges.
Providing project cost estimates based on design specifications and material selection.
Ensuring quality standards are met, project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
SKILLS :
- Hands on experience as an Architect in an esteemed Organization
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures , material and management principles
- Familiarity with quality , health and safety standards
- Hands on knowledge of architectural drawings using CAD software or any equivalent software. Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership qualities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
