Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management in daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communication, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth administrative functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior executives
- Handle emails, calls, and all official correspondence professionally
- Schedule meetings and prepare accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Manage travel arrangements including ticket bookings and hotel reservations
- Handle confidential information and documents with complete discretion
- Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, and reports to ensure timely completion
- Provide administrative and operational support to the office
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
