The Candidate should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 10–15 years of experience in retail / supermarket / FMCG business, should have managed –
- Financial Accounting & relevant statutory compliance (IND AS, Companies Act, etc.)
- Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST, TDS, Income tax, PT etc.) and assessments
- Treasury & working capital management
- Internal Financial controls
- FP&A and business partnering
- Audits and statutory closures
The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP, Retail POS, Inventory systems, and working knowledge of tools for compliance, data analytics/BI etc. identification of areas for automation.
