Job Summary
Eptron Solutions PVT Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities, monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure effective communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure timely execution.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and escalate potential delays.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Assist in resource planning and project logistics.
- Support project closure activities and documentation.
Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Experience in coordinating engineering or technical projects will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and project trackers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of project coordination and documentation.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and project trackers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
