We are seeking a highly motivated AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that automate business processes, enhance productivity, and deliver innovative user experiences. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI automation platforms, APIs, workflow orchestration tools, and modern AI development frameworks.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Agent Development
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents for business, education, customer service, and operational use cases.
- Develop autonomous and semi-autonomous agent workflows using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Create multi-step reasoning, task execution, and decision-making systems powered by AI.
Generative AI & LLM Integration
- Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and other LLM APIs into applications.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize AI performance.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using internal and external knowledge bases.
- Fine-tune and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, and user experience.
Workflow Automation
- Create AI-powered automation workflows connecting multiple applications and services.
- Integrate AI agents with CRMs, learning management systems, productivity tools, databases, and enterprise software.
- Develop automated document processing, data extraction, reporting, and communication workflows.
Software Development & Integration
- Develop APIs and backend services to support AI applications.
- Integrate AI agents with websites, chat platforms, mobile applications, and internal systems.
- Implement secure authentication, data handling, and monitoring processes.
Testing & Optimization
- Monitor agent performance and continuously improve reliability.
- Troubleshoot AI workflows and optimize response quality.
- Conduct testing, validation, and performance benchmarking of AI systems.
Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with advancements in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, MCP, RAG, vector databases, and AI automation tools.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with Python and AI development frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, PydanticAI, or similar.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Understanding of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
- Experience integrating APIs and third-party services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment environments.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations is desirable.
AI & Automation Tools
- OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent platforms.
- Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or workflow automation tools.
- Experience building AI chatbots, assistants, and autonomous agents.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in software development, AI engineering, or automation.
- Portfolio of AI agents, chatbots, automation projects, or GenAI applications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
