Business Development Executive – Kiosk GO DESi | Field Sales
What you'll do

Own revenue across assigned kiosk locations (highway restaurants, high-footfall zones)

Manage and motivate a team of on-ground promoters — rostering, training, daily activities

Identify and onboard new kiosk sites; negotiate placement terms with location partners

Ensure kiosk uptime, VM compliance, and stock availability at all times

Track daily sell-through, report anomalies, and course-correct fast

Be the face of GO DESi in your territory — build relationships with location managers and franchise operators
What we're looking for

2–4 years in field sales or FMCG distribution — highway/QSR/travel retail exposure is a plus

Proven track record managing blue-collar or promoter teams in the field

High mobility, high ownership — this role lives on the road

Comfort with basic sales reporting tools and WhatsApp-based ops coordination

Local language fluency essential;
