Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Trainer to train students in the latest User Interface and User Experience design tools and principles. The trainer will deliver engaging sessions, guide projects, and help learners build practical design portfolios for real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and practical sessions on UI/UX Design concepts.
- Teach tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Canva.
- Explain design fundamentals — Color theory, Typography, Layouts, and Visual hierarchy.
- Guide students in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams.
- Teach User Research, Usability Testing, and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Assist students with hands-on projects and portfolio creation.
- Evaluate assignments, provide feedback, and track progress.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and Design Thinking process.
- Expertise in one or more tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
- Good understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Qualification:
- Any Degree
- Certification or practical experience in UI/UX Design preferred.
Additional Advantage:
- Experience with web/app design projects.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end frameworks.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
