Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing clients, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets. Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the sales team
- Generate and convert leads into sales
- Handle client meetings and site visits
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and professional attitude
Salary: ₹15000 – ₹20000per month + Incentives
