- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, React.js, Amazon Web Services (AWS).

- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different environments.
