Job Brief
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality cutting tools to industrial clients, manufacturing units, and workshops. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and approach potential B2B clients, manufacturing units, and workshops to pitch our range of cutting tools.
- Client Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and regularly follow up for repeat orders.
- Product Demonstration: Understand client requirements and recommend the right cutting tools and technical solutions for their machinery.
- Market Research: Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and new industrial projects in the region.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience or fresher in industrial sales, hardware sales, or marketing cutting tools/machinery is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for field visits.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary.
- Additional Allowance: 100% Petrol/Travel expenses will be provided separately by the company for official field visits.
- Performance-based incentives/commissions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
