The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within a specific branch location. - Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve branch sales targets and objectives for various financial products (e.g., loans, deposits, investments, insurance).

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
