Job description
· Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions
· Coach agents on objection handling, pitching, and closing skills
· Monitor call quality, compliance, and maintain quality scores
· Handle escalation calls and support closures when required
· Track funnels: leads connects interest conversions
· Share daily MIS
· Flag process issues and suggest improvements
· Ownership to take calls to support the achievement of overall target
· Conduct daily/ weekly/ monthly huddles,
· Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
· Explain products/services and answer customer queries.
· Generate sales and achieve monthly/weekly targets.
· Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.
· Maintain and update customer database and call records.
· Handle objections professionally and convert inquiries into sales.
· Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
Key Skills & Competencies
· Data-driven approach with comfort in MIS and dashboards
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in B2B or B2C travel sales, holiday packaging, or hospitality.
· Experience in target driven processes like inside sales, tele sales, or client acquisition
· Strong call listening, objection handling, and pitch correction skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
