· Be responsible for installation all lines setups.
· Be responsible for preparation of PFD, Quality procedure, Control plans & PPAP activity.
· Be responsible for preparation SIP for inward quality, In-process quality, Final quality & Outgoing quality control.
· Be responsible for Vector network analyzer testing (VNA).
· Handle the customer complaint and make root cause analysis for corrective action.
· Responsible for customer audit & clear the audit NC’s.
· Be responsible for QMS.
· Responsible for MSA, SPC& calibration of gauges.
· Be responsible for development of new product.
· Knowledge of PLM, 5S, 7 Diamond Process, 7QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, Kaizen, VNA testing, MES trace system& IATF 16949:2016
