JOB SPECIFICATION
Designation: Manager Maintenance
Department: Maintenance
Experience: 8 to 15 Years
Qualification: B.E (Mechanical/ Electrical)
Reporting to Sr. Manager/ HOD
Note: Experience must be from the cable industry core experience Breakdown,
Utility Maintenance, Machine Maintenance, Plant Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance planning
- Utility monitoring – Power, Water & Air consumption
- Machine inspection, troubleshooting & calibration
- Spare parts inventory & AMC coordination
- Shift manpower handling & maintenance scheduling
- Installation and servicing of machines
- Safety compliance, ISO/IATF documentation & reporting
- Handling MTBF, MTTR, PM schedules & Kaizen improvements
Machines Exposure Required:
RBD Machine, Stranding Machine, Extruder, Drum Twister, Armouring, Bunching, Rewinding, CCV/VCV Line, Lead Press, Corrugation & Sioplas Line
Required Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Gearbox, Bearings & Pneumatic systems
- Knowledge of cable manufacturing process
- Ability to read schematics & handle heavy equipment
- SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
- Good communication & team handling skills
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
