Job Responsibilities:
o Manage the End-to end recruitment cycle:
i.e. generating resource requisition forms, sourcing, screening, scheduling, hiring and offer closure.
o Induction & Orientation activities
o Monitor the Leave Management System
o Collating Payroll data
o Employee Engagement Initiatives
o Report Generation & maintain the HRMIS
o Employee grievance handling
o Exit Formalities

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
