Job Description: Area Business Manager (ABM)Role Overview
Responsible for driving sales, managing a team of Medical Representatives/Sales Officers, and achieving business targets within an assigned territory. Experience in Ayurveda will be Preferred.
Key Responsibilities Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of 5-8 MRs/SOs to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
Business Development: Execute sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and expand customer base in the assigned area.
Experience: Minimum 5 year and as an ABM 1 year experience
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
