Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Facades to lead and manage façade projects from planning through to successful handover. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of façade systems, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end façade projects (design, procurement, installation, and commissioning).
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance related to façade works.
Review technical drawings, method statements, and material specifications.
Track project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project closure deliverables.
Resolve site issues promptly and drive on-time delivery.
Mentor and guide project teams as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or equivalent qualification; relevant field experience will also be considered.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the façades / building envelope sector.
Strong understanding of façade systems (unitized, stick, glazing, cladding, etc.).
Proven project management experience with successful delivery of façade projects.
Good knowledge of project planning tools, documentation, and site coordination.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Immediate joiners.
Experience in Pune / Maharashtra region preferred.
