We are looking for a proactive Voice process who can build strong relationships with existing customers, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce churn. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring long-term engagement with our products/services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers
- Proactively engage customers to improve retention and loyalty
- Handle customer concerns, escalations, and feedback effectively
- Conduct follow-ups, renewal calls, and satisfaction checks
- Identify at-risk customers and implement retention strategies
- Collaborate with sales, support, and operations teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports
- Share customer insights to improve services and processes
Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer retention, customer success, or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to handle objections and build long-term trust
