Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily factory floor operations.
- Monitor carpenters and machine operators.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Maintain quality standards in furniture production.
- Coordinate with site team and management.
- Handle material movement and stock coordination.
- Maintain discipline and safety on the production floor.
- Report daily production status to management.
- Visit sites when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in furniture or modular industry.
- Must know Hindi (mandatory).
- Tamil speaking preferred.
- Must have own bike for site visits.
- Basic knowledge of furniture production processes.
- Leadership and team handling skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations on the floor.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of machines (Beam Saw / Edge Banding / Multi-boring – added advantage).
- Good communication
