The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies for eCommerce clients to drive traffic, customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams across SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Content, Marketing Automation, Analytics and CRO to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong analytical, project management, communication and stakeholder management skills, along with experience in eCommerce marketing, performance marketing, customer lifecycle marketing and data-driven decision-making, are essential for success in this role.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for eCommerce clients aligned with their business and revenue goals.

Research market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities.

Create annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans covering acquisition, retention, engagement and conversion initiatives.

Manage and coordinate execution across multiple channels including SEO, Paid Search, Shopping Ads, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and Content Marketing.

Work closely with channel specialists to improve traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), ROAS and overall marketing performance.

Use analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify Analytics, Adobe Analytics and marketing automation platforms to measure and optimize performance.

Analyze customer journeys, identify drop-off points and recommend CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define campaign objectives, budgets, KPIs and growth targets.

Create customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategies to improve customer retention, repeat purchases and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Plan and execute promotional campaigns including seasonal sales, product launches, festive campaigns, BFCM campaigns, and loyalty initiatives.

Prepare regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for clients and leadership teams.

Lead the development of marketing assets including case studies, landing pages, blogs, campaign creatives and client success stories.

Coordinate with technology and platform partners including Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Klaviyo, WebEngage and other martech providers where applicable.

Manage project timelines, campaign execution, stakeholder communication and client expectations across multiple accounts.

Identify opportunities for implementing marketing automation, personalization, AI-driven marketing and customer engagement initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness.
