A Business Development Executive (BDE) drives revenue by acquiring new clients, generating qualified leads and pitching tailored marketing solutions. They act as the bridge between the agency and the market, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and connect with potential B2B or B2C clients via cold outreach, social networking, and digital platforms.
- Client Consultation & Pitching: Assess prospect needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions (e.g., SEO, PPC, website, social media).
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the internal strategy/SEO/creative teams to draft competitive proposals, scopes of work (SOW), and cost estimates.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Founders, CEOs.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Market Awareness: Track competitor services, industry trends, and changing algorithms to keep agency offerings relevant.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
